How do I assess if my child needs the vagus nerve stimulator (VNS)?

After starting The Nemechek Protocol®, the next step is to monitor the child’s recovery over three to six months. Usually, all aspects of development, function, and behavior will steadily improve, but occasionally, a child might have one or two areas that do not seem to improve. nnFor instance, a child might experience great improvements in emotional control, motor function, improvement in sleep, and intestinal function, but expressive language and socialization do not seem to be improving after several months. If this is the case, I will recommend adding five minutes of transcutaneous vagus nerve stimulation (tVNS) per day. This will reduce the levels of inflammation within the brain, further allowing the remaining areas to begin recovery in the following 1-2 months.
